About the Role

Oceans is seeking a Creative Director to join a fast-growing beauty and hair-care brand expanding its digital operations across the LATAM region. This hands-on player-coach role combines strategic leadership with execution, overseeing copywriting, graphic design, and video editing to drive high-volume, performance-driven digital content.

What You Will Do

• Lead the copywriting, graphic design, and video editing functions as a unified creative team, setting visual standards and establishing efficient production workflows.
• Develop high-converting creative concepts for paid advertising and organic social channels, utilizing AI tools to accelerate ideation and storyboarding.
• Create and produce hands-on organic social content tailored to short-form platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Oversee performance advertising production, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and video editors to transform user-generated content into multi-platform ads.
• Plan, schedule, and direct practical monthly photo and video shoots while managing the creative production budget and asset library.

What You Need

• Proven track record leading small, fast-paced creative teams, with direct experience in DTC brands preferred.
• Strong expertise in short-form social content for TikTok and Instagram Reels alongside paid social advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, frame-accurate review tools, and AI ideation platforms.
• Ability to interpret creative hit rates, CPC/CPA metrics, and engagement data to continuously optimize performance.
• A resourcefulness-driven, player-coach mindset prioritizing output speed and efficiency.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote work arrangement accessible from Sri Lanka.
• Direct reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer with daily management of a multidisciplinary creative pod.
