About the Role

Payzu is seeking female target-driven sales support staff based in Northern Sri Lanka to handle outbound phone outreach for its UK operations. This remote position offers both full-time and part-time schedules working directly with prospective business clients in the UK.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound sales calls to potential business customers in the UK.
• Introduce and explain the company's payment and business solution services.
• Follow up on sales leads, spot new opportunities, and assist clients through the onboarding process.
• Keep detailed logs of all client calls and sales progress.
• Work according to UK business hours.

What You Need

• Open exclusively to female applicants located in Northern Sri Lanka.
• Fluent spoken Tamil is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of G.C.E. O/L.
• Strong persuasive, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently to reach targets.
• Prior experience in outbound call centres or sales is helpful, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Hours and Pay

• Full-time or part-time options available, operating during UK working hours.
• Remuneration includes a basic salary plus uncapped sales commission, negotiable based on experience.
