You will be working with a specialist technology services provider delivering networking, cybersecurity, secure access, and cloud solutions to organisations across Australia and the South Pacific. The business supports customers throughout the technology lifecycle, from assessment and solution design to implementation, handover, and ongoing operations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced specialist to lead the technical design and delivery of an enterprise Network Access Control engagement. You will assess existing network environments, build practical recommendations, and oversee implementation from discovery and proof-of-concept validation to final deployment and handover.

What You Will Do

• Assess existing Aruba, NAC, and authentication environments to identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Lead the technical design of ClearPass, Aruba Central, and wired and wireless access control solutions.
• Deploy and configure Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager and Aruba Central, implementing 802.1X, MAC authentication, and guest access.
• Develop and validate proof-of-concept implementations and troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.
• Lead technical workshops, collaborate with customer engineering teams, and produce technical documentation and as-built records.

What You Need

• Level 3 expertise in HPE Aruba Networking with hands-on experience deploying ClearPass and Aruba Central in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering multiple NAC engagements covering design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of 802.1X, EAP methods, RADIUS, TACACS+, MAC authentication, and role-based policy enforcement.
• Experience integrating NAC solutions with enterprise identity, networking, and security platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, and firewalls.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting and documentation.
