About the Role
As an L2 Systems Engineer, you will join the Centralised Services Team to deliver dependable technical support and service outcomes in a managed services environment. You will work alongside senior leadership to maintain secure IT infrastructures, resolve service requests, and drive operational improvements.
What You Will Do
- Manage and complete assigned service requests following structured processes and schedules.
- Monitor backups, handle system patching, and address critical vulnerabilities across managed devices.
- Respond to system alerts and escalate incidents according to defined procedures.
- Leverage tools like Intune and PowerShell to automate tasks and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Communicate progress and best practices clearly with customers and third-party vendors.
- Manage change control procedures and maintain thorough technical documentation.
What You Need
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or managed services.
- Advanced administration expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and security best practices.
- Strong verbal communication and structured troubleshooting abilities.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time employment with flexible remote work arrangements, paid in Australian Dollars.
