The American Preschool in Colombo 5 offers a vibrant, play-based learning environment for young children. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated educators who are passionate about early childhood development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Preschool Educator to join our expanding team in Colombo 5. Female candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Guide children in developing their artistic and practical skills through our continuously evolving curriculum.
• Ensure the daily care of children by following our high care safety standards.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (e.g., storytelling, educational play, media) to engage children.
• Communicate with parents regularly to maintain a good relationship with the families.
• Track children's progress and provide written reports and evaluations to parents.
• Collaborate well with other educators and supervisors.

Requirements

• No experience or qualification required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Great communication and instructional skills.
• Excellent team player with a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special.
• Age between 18-40.
