About the Role

Oceans is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design business-aligned learning experiences that enable our Sri Lankan talent, known as Divers, to grow, perform, and deliver value. This role bridges talent pipelines, operational systems, and client delivery by building a robust ecosystem of perpetual learning.

What You Will Do

• Nurture talent pipelines by designing pre-hire learning pathways, growth-oriented frameworks, and quality gates for client readiness.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of digital learning ecosystems, including the Oceans LMS, Learning Hub, and automated workflows.
• Facilitate engaging, high-stakes learning sessions and maintain training knowledge bases to ensure accessibility across teams.
• Evaluate learning impact using multiple signals and translate findings into strategic improvements across Training, Diver Success, and Talent Alignment.

What You Need

• A non-traditional background with experience in business operations, finance, consulting, or project management, along with a passion for developing talent.
• Strong systems thinking with comfort using digital platforms, internal systems, and workflow automation.
• Solid business acumen, exceptional communication, training delivery, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement

• Contract employment based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
