About the Role

Axiata Digital Labs is seeking a dedicated Product Marketing Intern to join their team and assist with impactful marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to compile actionable insights
• Support the creation of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and help maintain the brand website with SEO-optimized updates
• Contribute to social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking analytics
• Assist in drafting and executing email marketing campaigns while monitoring performance
• Coordinate product marketing campaigns to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
• Prepare reports on marketing activities and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship experience in marketing or related fields is considered a plus
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing practices, social media platforms, and content creation
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media management tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and take initiative
