About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns for an established Australian technology business. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute digital strategies, manage marketing automation, and deliver measurable commercial results.

What You Will Do

• Plan, develop, launch, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automated email sequences, and lead generation initiatives.
• Design high-quality creative assets using graphic design tools and develop engaging marketing content.
• Coordinate partner marketing activities, events, and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs.
• Track campaign performance metrics, ROI, and pipeline contribution to prepare reports for senior leadership.

What You Need

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot for campaign execution and marketing automation.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with a commitment to collaboration and accountability.
