About the Role

Join the operations team at MAS Holdings as an intern based in Biyagama, where you will support end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment activities in a globally recognized manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage order processing and fulfillments to ensure timely delivery
• Support inventory control and warehouse management operations
• Handle compliance tasks and documentation for outbound shipments
• Coordinate closely with transport and delivery partners
• Assist in generating reports and conducting data analysis
• Participate in team-led process improvement projects

What You Need

• Basic foundational knowledge of operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data entry, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards, with Power BI as an advantage
• Capability to handle administrative documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Experience in maintaining trackers and providing daily status updates and follow-ups
• Prior exposure to ERP software like SAP or Oracle is considered a plus
• Ability to contribute to process optimization through basic SOPs and flowcharts
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint is advantageous
• Strong professional communication skills and good email etiquette for internal coordination
