About the Role
As we scale, we are looking for someone to build our HR and administrative function from the ground up, creating systems rather than just maintaining them.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate (HR, Business Management, or related field preferred)
- Flexibility in work arrangements; a part-time role is available
- Based in or willing to work from Kadawatha
- Highly reliable and trustworthy; often the senior-most person on-site
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and paperwork
- Genuinely interested in being part of building a business
- Good communication skills (Sinhala/English); comfortable engaging with factory floor staff and external vendors
