About the Role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to drive digital marketing performance across four hospitality properties, supporting revenue growth in rooms, dining, and events.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive room bookings, restaurant reservations, F&B sales, and event enquiries while maximising advertising return on spend.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and other channels, allocating budgets and tracking cost per lead and conversions.
• Oversee social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, managing content calendars and responding professionally to online enquiries.
• Coordinate integrated digital campaigns for seasonal promotions, weddings, meetings, and events in collaboration with sales and F&B teams.
• Prepare monthly performance reports evaluating campaign effectiveness, lead generation, audience engagement, and advertising expenditure.

What You Need

• A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing sector.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and budget optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and convert digital audiences into confirmed business.
