About the Role

INFUSE is seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic global team on a contract basis. In this remote role, you will play a vital part in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the company's continuous growth across diverse industries.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives
• Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and grow opportunities within your territory while collaborating with sales teams
• Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations
• Manage various administrative and operational tasks such as data entry, system updates, and scheduling

What You Need

• Proven track record of managing client relationships in fields like hospitality, client success, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Empathetic understanding of client needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Work Arrangement

• Contract engagement
• Fully remote work arrangement within the APAC region, suitable for applicants based in Sri Lanka
