About the Role

MindPlus (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Academic Coordinator Intern to assist the academic team in coordinating educational programs and services, offering valuable insight into academic administration.

What You Will Do

• Assist in organizing and coordinating academic schedules, timetables, and course offerings
• Support communication between students, faculty, and administrative departments
• Help in managing student records, course registrations, and attendance tracking
• Coordinate with faculty members to ensure smooth execution of courses and exams
• Assist in the preparation of academic reports and documentation
• Provide support during academic events, workshops, and student orientation programs
• Help resolve student inquiries related to academic programs and course requirements
• Ensure compliance with institutional academic policies and procedures
• Perform any additional academic or administrative tasks as assigned by the academic team

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling academic records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn about academic administration

Work Arrangement

• 6-month internship based in Colombo, with potential consideration for a permanent position based on performance
