About the Role

MAS Holdings is seeking a Compliance, Health & Safety Intern to join their team at the Pannala facility. This internship provides practical exposure to workplace safety, environmental standards, and compliance operations within a leading global manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Support health and safety training programmes and awareness campaigns
• Help inspect factory equipment and ensure regular maintenance is carried out
• Support the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), ergonomics and social compliance projects
• Maintain and organize health, safety, environmental and social compliance documents
• Assist in monitoring changes in relevant laws and safety regulations
• Support workplace safety inspections and report potential hazards
• Assist the Committee with meetings, documentation and follow-up activities
• Help ensure compliance with factory health, safety and environmental standards

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Work Arrangement

• On-site internship based in Pannala
