About the Role

IPD is offering an opportunity for motivated undergraduates and freshers to join their IPD Launch Pad training program. This structured initiative is designed to foster the next generation of engineers through mentorship, practical project involvement, and comprehensive skill development.

What You Will Do

• Master the fundamentals of engineering, advanced industry skills, and technological advancements in the Low Voltage and Controls domain
• Gain expertise across product management, sales, and financial areas
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and engage in challenging projects with international exposure
• Explore innovative ideas independently to enhance the customer product and service experience

What You Need

• Passion for engineering with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks, and meet goals
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive approach to acquiring and applying knowledge in low voltage power distribution, monitoring, and industrial control
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, or status as a final-year undergraduate

Work Arrangement

• Trainee program located in Colombo 05
• Compensation structure recognizing commitment and outstanding efforts
