Field Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware and software solutions.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops and laptops.

• Conduct routine system maintenance and perform preventive measures.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of IT hardware and software concepts.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Education:

• Certificate in Information Technology or a related field.
