The organisation specialises in major civil engineering and infrastructure programmes, contractor management, and site team leadership. Ideal Candidate

Retired Government Chief Engineer, Project Director, or equivalent senior civil engineering professional preferred.
Qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ years of road construction experience.
Strong experience managing road construction programmes, contractors, and site teams.
Proven skills in project scheduling and time management.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review Gantt charts, construction programmes, and milestone schedules.
Monitor actual progress against planned progress through regular site visits.
Identify delays, critical-path issues, risks, and resource constraints.
Apply practical project scheduling and sequencing methods, including waterfall-style phased planning where appropriate.
Review costs, quality, productivity, and contractor performance.
Guide the existing Civil Engineer and project teams to complete projects on time.
Provide clear progress reports and corrective-action recommendations to management.
