Enliven Designer is hiring a YouTube Content Lead to research trends, write engaging scripts, and coordinate video production for multiple YouTube channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trending topics and write compelling scripts using AI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs)

• Coordinate editors, review final videos, and maintain content calendars

• Optimize video performance and audience engagement

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in YouTube or media content management

• Strong storytelling and analytical skills

• Experience with AI or automation tools

• Remote and flexible work schedule

Salary: LKR 100,000–150,000/month (Performance-based)
