The Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the national body for marketing, is seeking dynamic and academically qualified professionals to join as Visiting / Part-Time Lecturers across Marketing, Sales, Branding, and Accounting. The role involves teaching, curriculum delivery, and supporting academic excellence aligned with international standards.

Detailed Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials.

• Prepare lesson plans and course materials.

• Assess student performance via assignments, exams, projects.

• Coordinate with academic peers and program coordinators.

• Ensure compliance with SLIM, TVEC, and international academic standards.

• Support continuous improvement in teaching and curriculum delivery.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject.

• Teaching experience in the respective area is required.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Branding, or Accounting.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Commitment to academic and professional standards.

Working Hours

• Visiting / Part-time

• Scheduled based on program requirements
