Job Introduction

We are seeking a Social Media Account Management Executive (Remote) to manage client accounts, grow online communities, and drive engagement through creative content and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan monthly goals and schedules for social communities.

• Post engaging content, videos, and short visuals.

• Respond to queries, answer questions, and moderate communities.

• Plan and host small online events (AMAs, webinars).

• Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing online communities (LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, Reddit, etc.).

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, scheduling platforms, and GSuite/MS Office.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Multitasking with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable with analytics and performance insights.
