Job Description
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of the Innovation Program, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with class coordination and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality delivery of the Innovation Program and center facilities.

• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.

• Maintain accurate student/participant databases and records.

• Handle payments, cash settlements, and financial records.

• Coordinate and schedule classes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English & Sinhala.

• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.

• Passion for marketing and customer relations.

• Previous experience in customer care is an added advantage.

• Female candidates only.

• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
