We are looking for a Part-Time Microsoft 365 Platform Lead to spearhead a high-impact M365 transition project. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives on shaping secure and optimized Microsoft environments while ensuring long-term compliance and governance.

Job Description

• Lead a large-scale M365 tenancy migration (up to 1,000 users) from outsourced vendor to in-house management.

• Administer and enhance the full Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Azure AD B2C.

• Implement best practices in compliance, security, and governance.

• Drive service adoption, automation (via PowerShell, Graph, Power Automate), and performance optimization.

• Act as a trusted advisor shaping the digital workplace of the future.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration & platform management.

• End-to-end knowledge of enterprise-level tenant management.

• MS Certifications are a significant advantage.

• Problem-solving and leadership skills.
