A leading global digital organization is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to work fully remotely. The ideal candidate will take ownership of digital marketing campaigns, virtual events, and podcast promotions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand engagement and lead generation.

Detailed Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage virtual marketing events and podcasts, including guest outreach, promotion, and follow-up.

• Execute digital campaigns aimed at generating and nurturing leads.

• Create and manage marketing assets such as banners, emails, and landing pages using Canva, ConvertKit, and Stripo.

• Oversee full campaign execution, reporting, and analytics.

• Repurpose content into newsletters, clips, and engaging posts.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong brand representation.

• Track metrics and optimize performance across all marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing and campaign management experience.

• Expertise in event marketing, podcast promotion, and lead generation.

• Strong skills in email marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and creativity.

• Proficiency with Canva, ConvertKit, Stripo, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

• Ability to multitask and handle projects independently.

• Experience mentoring junior marketers is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• 8-hour workday (flexible schedule: 4 hours during the day + 4 hours at night)

• Fully remote / Work From Home

Salary & Benefits
