🔍 About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers and undergraduates to join our IT Team and support weekend learning programs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on IT support experience while working in a professional learning environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in classrooms and labs.

• 🖥️ Ensure smooth functioning of devices during sessions.

• 🔐 Support device management with identity verification, condition checks, logging, and real-time updates.

• 📦 Handle secure storage, proper handovers, and timely issue resolution.

• 📊 Assist with inventory counts and simple maintenance tasks.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 A degree (or undergraduate) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 🧑‍🎓 Undergraduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• 💻 Basic hardware troubleshooting (network login, OS sign-in, projector/AV issues).

• 🧩 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• 🤝 Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
