Job Introduction

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor (Part-Time, Hybrid) to provide expert guidance across multiple HR domains. The advisor will work closely with Smart Quest to shape policies, frameworks, and strategies that empower businesses and their people.

• Prior experience in HR consultancy or professional advisory is a strong advantage.
