Cold Calling Specialist (Hybrid – Part Time)

Location: Hybrid (Work from home + occasional office meetings)Company: H Connect International

H Connect International, a leading BPO company and part of the Hirdaramani Group (a billion-dollar conglomerate with over 125 years of legacy), is looking for an energetic and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. We provide outsourcing services to clients in the US, UK, and Australia, and this role is key to introducing our value proposition to potential clients in Australia.

This is a part-time, focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building initial connections, setting appointments, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake 25–30 daily outbound calls to a curated list of Australian business contacts.

Deliver a clear, engaging introduction to H Connect International’s services.

Identify decision-makers and assess their interest in follow-up meetings.

Handle common objections using prepared scripts and FAQs.

Schedule qualified leads into the senior sales team’s calendar.

Log all activities, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in a shared tracker.

Provide daily summaries of performance and share feedback for improvement.

Suggest updates to call scripts and outreach strategies to improve results.

RequirementsProven experience in outbound sales or cold calling.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Strong English communication and listening skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and able to handle objections professionally.

Detail-oriented with consistent documentation and follow-up habits.

Familiarity with B2B outreach and professional services is a plus.
