We are currently seeking a Call Recording Analyst to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze client call recordings, provide insights, and contribute to enhancing client conversion rates.

Job Description
As a Call Recording Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing recorded calls of assigned clients. Using a call tracking system, you will generate insights, provide statistical updates, and create strategies to improve client performance outcomes. The role involves regular reporting, problem-solving, and continuous self-learning to achieve business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare call review reports within given deadlines.

• Maintain accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.

• Support assigned clients to improve new patient conversion rates.

Role Expectations

• Attention to Detail: Review inbound calls with accuracy and proper tagging.

• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze call data, conversion rates, and reports.

• Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights on call performance.

• Time Management: Deliver tasks on time while managing multiple reports.

• Problem-Solving: Identify gaps and suggest practical solutions.

• Learning & Research: Continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Work Hours & Expectations

• Flexibility required to cover an 8-hour workday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sri Lanka Standard Time).

• Full-time commitment of 8 hours/day (additional hours may be required).

• Must be comfortable with late-night or early-morning work to support US clients.

• Salary: Starting at 70,000 LKR (basic + allowances), with increments after 6 months.
