Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to work on flexible shifts/rosters.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in customer service or call center work is an added advantage (not mandatory).
